Customers will receive a confirmation email when their order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Requirements

To collect your order, please bring:

• Your order confirmation email

• A valid government-issued photo ID

The name on the order must match the identification presented at pickup.

Pickup Time Frame

Orders should be collected within 30 days of receiving the pickup notification.

If an order is not collected within this time and we do not receive communication from the customer, the order may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

Failed Pickups

If you are unable to collect your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an alternative pickup time.

• Courier delivery services
